Shk Mansoor “Adil” Zainulbhai Visits RQA Houston

On September 22, 2025, RQA had the honor of welcoming Shk Mansoor “Adil” Zainulbhai — a distinguished global educator, strategist, and leader whose humility and insight left a lasting impression on all.

A graduate of Harvard University and IIT, Shk Adil has served as Chairman of McKinsey Asia and currently leads India’s Capacity Building Commission, where his work has helped train over 25 million civil servants. His expertise has also strengthened several Dawaat initiatives, including Saifee Hospital and SBUT, reflecting his lifelong dedication to progress and community service.

During his visit, Shk Adil spent valuable time with teachers and students — exchanging ideas, sharing inspiration, and offering words of encouragement. His thoughtful interactions sparked reflection and renewed purpose, reinforcing our commitment to learning, excellence, and khidmat.
