About RQA

RQA falls under the Attalimiyah Idara

RQA is a traditional in-person school where teachers teach students in a regular classroom setting. We offer a hands-on, interactive learning environment that fosters socialization, collaboration, and academic excellence.

Note: Previously, RQA offered an optional online teaching program through Texas Connections for the 2024-25 academic year. However, this program has been discontinued, and we are focused on providing high-quality in-person education to our students.

We are currently in the process of becoming accredited. For more information regarding private schools in Texas, please visit this page.

RQA offers a unique approach to education that combines academic excellence with spiritual growth and character development. Our approach is rooted in the Fatemi philosophy of education and guided by the 5D Thinking Model, which helps children:

– Connect knowledge to faith and see learning as a form of Ibaadat

– Recognize divine patterns in the world around them

– Develop holistic thinking that integrates mind, heart, and spirit

– Appreciate diversity and live with compassion and respect

– Live with purpose and a sense of belonging to the Creator’s grand design

Our Distinctive Approach:

By integrating spirituality and intellect, we help children excel academically while growing into thoughtful, grounded, and faith-conscious individuals. This approach sets us apart from traditional schools and provides a unique educational experience for our students.

Academics

We offer classes from Grade 1 through Grade 12. Our programs and curriculum are tailored to meet the developmental needs of each age group.

Our curriculum is based on the Texas Education Agency’s TEKS standards. It is designed to help students thrive in a global community and is deeply rooted in Fatemi principles, values, and perspectives.

Diniyat & Hifz ul Quran

No, we’re excited to share that starting from the new academic year, RQA has got the privilege to follow the Diniyat syllabus used in all Attalimiyah Schools worldwide (including MSBs). This comprehensive syllabus is more extensive and detailed than the Saturday Madrasah curriculum.

At RQA, our schedule is carefully designed to accommodate students’ varying grade levels in both school and Madrasah. We ensure that each student attends the appropriate class for their respective grade level, whether it’s for secular subjects or Diniyat.

For example, if a student is in Grade 2 for secular subjects and Grade 3 in Madrasah, they will attend Grade 3 classes during diniyat periods and Grade 2 classes for secular subjects. Our scheduling system is flexible and tailored to meet the unique needs of each student, ensuring they receive the right instruction and support in both areas.

No, Saturday Madrasah is not mandatory if your child is enrolled at RQA. However, you may still choose to enroll in Saturday Madrasah if desired.

Yes, RQA supports Hifz ul Quran during school hours based on the student’s level. There is also an after-school Hifz program available from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
